As an AIT customer, you are entitled to 24/7 live technical and billing support through our online trouble ticket system and our toll-free customer care line. AIT also offers two levels of service that go a step further. Our Premium Tech Support covers all accounts while the Per-Incident Support service is for self-managed dedicated servers. Each of these options takes AIT's commitment of service to a higher level, providing an added level of peace of mind.
